DEVELOP2TEACH / YOUR INFORMATION
Event privacy notice.
Develop2Teach Ltd, company 16956560, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, is responsible for personal information collected for the CLARITY & Consistency Masterclass and its separate free draw. Contact info@develop2teach.co.uk about your information.
What we use and why
We use booking and contact information to fulfil your purchase, provide joining information, check your ticket entitlement and deliver included resources. We use draw entry information to administer the separate draw and contact winners. We rely on contract for booked services and legitimate interests in administering a fair, secure draw, preventing abuse and securing resource access. We retain consent records separately if you opt into marketing. You can withdraw marketing consent without affecting a ticket or draw entry.
Service providers
Stripe handles payments. Brevo handles attendee contact records and emails. Zapier routes paid booking information. Zoom hosts the live sessions. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. Providers receive information needed to provide their service and may process information outside the UK using the safeguards described in their privacy terms. We do not sell attendee information. The public landing page embeds Wistia video, which may process viewing and device data under Wistia’s privacy terms. WhatsApp participation is optional; in a group your phone number and profile details may be visible to other participants.
Private hub access
Entering your booking email requests a private access link. Links expire after 48 hours. We store a hashed access token and recheck booking entitlement when protected information is requested. We retain hashed request identifiers and counters temporarily to limit misuse. The hub does not require marketing consent. Keep private access links and joining information confidential.
Retention and your rights
Booking and accounting records are retained as required for tax and contractual purposes. Unsuccessful draw entry records will normally be deleted within three months after prizes are delivered, unless a dispute or legal requirement requires longer retention. Winner and fair-selection records may be retained where needed to demonstrate proper administration. Expired access tokens and rate-limit records are removed during routine maintenance. You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or ask for restriction where the relevant right applies. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
Do not submit pupil-identifying information in an entry, WhatsApp group or event question. Any school diagnostic will have its own information-sharing arrangements.
